Fitness Programs

The Herbert Wellness Center offers a variety of fitness programs to members and non-members alike.

The group exercise program, Yoga, and Studio Cycling are open to members (and those who pay the daily guest fee and purchase a one-time pass, if required). Advance registration is not required although there is an additional fee for Yoga and Studio Cycling.

Personal training is great for members who want individualized instruction. In addition to being certified, all Herbert Wellness Center personal trainers undergo specialized training by the Herbert Wellness Center staff.

The Instructional Program (IP) is open to everybody. Pre-registration is required to take an IP class. Costs vary, depending on the class.
